A short reflection on co-creating Rise UP — and the four planning principles that turn a 'nice event' into a night people quote a year later.

It's an overused word, so let's be precise. A transformational event is one where the audience changes posture. They walked in carrying their week. They leave carrying a decision.

Most events don't try for this. They try for 'educational' or 'entertaining' — both lower bars. Rise UP showed us what becomes possible when the entire room is designed around posture-shift.

"She doesn't just participate in events; she transforms them."
Avin A., KHOONEH_TEKOONI

1. Intentional opening. The first six minutes are not housekeeping. They are the emotional contract you make with the room. Spend on them.

2. Music as architecture. Music isn't background; it's load-bearing. The cue sheet is as important as the run of show.

3. Audience-as-cast. The audience is not the recipient of the event — they're inside it. Build moments that require them.

4. A host carrying the through-line. Without one voice anchoring the arc, even great segments feel disconnected. This is the role we play.

Every event we now produce starts with one question: what posture do you want the room in by the end? Everything else — venue, lighting, lineup, script — flows from that answer.

It's a humbler way to plan. You stop chasing 'wow' and start designing for 'I'm different now'.

A transformational live event Ghazaleh co-created with partners in the personal-development space — built around story, music, and audience participation rather than a traditional speaker lineup.
Because the planning patterns scale. Rise UP wasn't built like a conference; it was built like a piece of theatre. Those instincts now show up in every event she designs.
Yes. We've helped founders, communities, and brands run nights that follow the same design principles — intentional opens, music as architecture, audience-as-cast, and a host carrying the through-line.
Forty to sixty guests in a room you can transform. The Rise UP playbook depends on intimacy more than scale.

Tell us the room, the audience, and the posture you want them in by the end. We'll bring the rest.
